You want to bend plastic, but the classic vacuum forming is not suitable? The easiest way to get in shape is by bending.
Thanks to this technology we can bend plastic in various shapes up to the thickness of 5 mm. Non-contact hot bending is used on both transparent and non-transparent plastic sheets.
How does bending work?
We bend materials such as PET-G, HPS, PMMA, PTG, HPS, PC, Polycarbonate, Plexiglas and others. The bend can be between 1 ° to 179 °. The bend radius always corresponds to the thickness of the bent material, i. from 1 ° to 5 °.
